New born baby hats...

Since the first of October I have been crocheting new born baby hosts for Lee Memorial Health System's Volunteer Program. It is such a good feeling to do something I enjoy and also to help others as well. There have been 17 so far, there are about 350 babies born each month, not all get hats, this is only a small part. But every little bit helps. The hats are a beanie type with a couple of variations. They are so cute.
I'm working on a variation for Sheldon too, he will need something on those cold winter walks...lol.

March yet??

Well, with the wind we have had recently you would have thought it was March, with that coming in only a few days what is it going t bring...???

We've been able to fly a couple times lately and it was such a nice day. The only issue was that the wind was high and a lot of pulling...

I always have so much fun flying, we should be able to fly more often. When it gets warm and humid it will be out of the question. Can't fly in the heat, not enough wind or way too hot...

Perfect day...

What a beautiful day, 84 degrees, sun out after the fog burned off, nice breeze, perfect day to fly, and we did...it was great...

Another poor flying day...

It is so sad to see such nice wind and not able to get anything (kite wise) in the air. 😞  This is my kite at Crossroads, some months ago, maybe Friday will be a better day...

New Tax Season

Signed all my papers today to do another tax season....what have I done???

Not that they went thru, guess internet at home way too slow...

Spending the afternoon listening to rain on the roof, wind in the trees and watching golf from Valhala...Tiger needs to withdraw and go home, pain is way too obvious...

July almost over!!!

July is almost over, school will be starting in a couple weeks and the children are so looking forward to it.....not.

Not much flying lately, when the weather is right, have too much on my plate to get out, but Prism is always set and ready for a spin in the wild blue yonder...

As the days fly by maybe one will be good for flying....miss it...
